EACC CEO honors retired staff in landmark farewell meeting

16:01:2026: The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) yesterday held a special farewell meeting to honour staff who have retired from the Commission. The event, a first of its kind, celebrated the retirees’ years of dedicated and exemplary service.

During the engagement, EACC CEO Mr. Abdi Mohamud thanked the retirees for their commitment to the Commission’s mandate, wished them success in the next chapter of their lives, and encouraged them to remain in touch with the Commission for support if needed.

The session was warm and lighthearted, with retirees expressing gratitude for the supportive work environment and professional relationships cultivated during their tenure. Retirees present included Mr. Patrick Ashiruma, Mr. Gideon Rukaria, Ms. Beatrice Mwangi, Ms. Rose Otuoma, Mr. Fred Lolkurum, Ms. Nelly Kabui, Ms. Teresia Muchiri, and Mr. John Odhonji.
