EACC, Mr. Ngumbi said, is also closely monitoring the ongoing development of county budgets for the 2024/2025FY following increased collusion between County Assemblies and officers of the County Executives to budget for corruption. This, he said is done largely through allocation of budget to already existing projects or those that are not intended for execution.
