NCAJ committee on Anti- Corruption reviews implementation of justice sector framework

01:10:2026: The National Council on Administrative Justice (NCAJ) Committee on Anti-Corruption today met at the Integrity Centre to review the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategic Guiding Framework for Kenya’s Justice Sector.

The meeting was chaired by the Committee’s Chairperson, Mr. Abdi Mohamud, who is also the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) CEO. It focused on progress in implementing the Framework, which provides a coordinated approach to addressing corruption across the justice sector.

Mr. Mohamud emphasised the need for a cohesive justice sector that delivers on public expectations. Member agencies presented progress reports, allowing the Committee to assess achievements and challenges.

The National Council on Administrative Justice (NCAJ) Committee on Anti-Corruption reviewed the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategic Guiding Framework for Kenya’s Justice Sector.

The Framework was launched in March 2025. It brings together key justice sector institutions under a common anti-corruption agenda and is anchored on strategic pillars and programmes aimed at strengthening integrity, accountability and coordination across the sector.
